Products & Customization

Many of our products are custom-made based on the details you provide.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all uploaded images are clear and all customization details (such as text, spelling, sizes, or design options) are 100% accurate before placing an order.

Once the production process begins (typically within 12–24 hours after order placement), changes, modifications, or cancellations to customized orders cannot be accepted.

Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated on our website.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control. Please note that custom-made items require a processing and manufacturing period of 3–5 business days before they are dispatched. This processing time is in addition to the standard shipping transit times. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional shipping costs.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the highly personalized and permanent nature of our custom pet products, we do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for customer errors, including but not limited to typos, spelling mistakes, incorrect size selections, or low-resolution image uploads.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing error on our part, please contact us at contact@1pawprint.com within 7 days of delivery with photo proof, and we will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
