Replacement & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your design details have been confirmed via email or message and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return & Exchange Policy
Most of our products are custom-made, and therefore, we are unable to accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects or errors.
We offer a 30-day replacement and exchange policy under the following circumstances (return shipping costs and replacement fees are the buyer’s responsibility):
- Items that arrive damaged or defective during shipping.
- Items received in the wrong size.
- Items where customization details are incorrect or there are production errors.
In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing contact@1pawprint.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
Please note: Claims for defective or damaged items will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Service for Return Details
If the item you received does not meet your customization requirements or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package to request return instructions.
When contacting us, be sure to include your order number, product name, and clear photos or videos of the damage or issue.
Step 2: Approval Notification
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer service team.
Step 3: Package and Ship the Item
Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return and send them to the following address:
Building 7, Vanke Jiayuan, No. 12 Guanggu 1 Rd, Hongshan, Wuhan, Hubei, China, 430079
Please include your order number and product name inside the package.
Once shipped, email your return package tracking number to contact@1pawprint.com
Step 4: Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your returned item(s).
Once the refund is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Important Notes
Once a return has been processed, any coupon codes used in the original purchase cannot be reinstated.
