Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to create and ship your personalized pet products as quickly as possible. Please use the timeline below as a guide for when to expect your order.

1. Production & Artwork Approval

Because all of our products are custom-made with love for your pets, we need time to design and produce them.

  • Production Time: It generally takes 2–5 business days to create your artwork and print your items.
  • Artwork Proof: We send all customers an artwork proof via email for your approval before printing. The faster you approve, the quicker we can ship! * Auto-Approval: We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for artwork approval. If we do not hear back from you within 72 hours, we will auto-approve and print your order to avoid delays.
  • Note: If there is an issue with your pet photo and we need a new one, this will understandably extend your production time.

2. Estimated Transit Times

Transit times vary by country. Once your items are produced and leave our warehouse, here are the estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–10 Business Days

Canada: 7–10 Business Days

United Kingdom: 5–8 Business Days

Germany, France, Netherlands: 6–10 Business Days

Poland, Belgium, Sweden: 7–11 Business Days

Italy & Other European Countries: 8–12 Business Days

Please note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) in Europe.

Delivery times are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays.

3. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package directly on our [Order Tracking] page. (Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information).

4. Special Shipping Options

  • Skip the Queue / Queue Jump: We occasionally offer a “Skip the Queue” option at checkout. This speeds up your artwork creation by moving your pet’s photo to the front of our artists’ line. Please note, this does not speed up the courier’s actual shipping time.

5. Holiday Periods

During peak holiday seasons (such as November and December), our couriers experience a huge surge in parcels. Carrier delays may occasionally occur, so we highly recommend placing your holiday orders early!
